Maine Boundary Consultants is experienced in performing Land Trust Surveys. Land Trust Surveys are often times similar to Large Farm Homestead Surveys in that they often cover hundreds of acres and are comprised of parcels obtained at various times.

Land Trust Surveys may be necessary for other mapping purposes such as laying out trails, or for visual aide in funding drives or grant requests.

The process of performing a Land Trust Survey is similar to a Large Farm Homestead Survey. Extensive deed research and field work is performed.

The results of a Land Trust Survey is similar to a Boundary Survey, or Wood Lot Survey, and if requested, the results of a Land Trust Survey can include marking the boundary lines by blazing and painting trees on or near the boundary line.
